We monitor traffic flow at the entrances and walk around the entire building area to check for any suspicious activities, disturbances or anything out of the ordinary. 

Our officers are trained to follow all protocol requests and to react to any emergency including tenant health issues, fire, or criminal situations.

We also offer our security patrol services which consist of driving around all the parking lot and garage areas in order to observe tenants walking to and from their vehicles.

Our officers are also on the alert for any suspicious happenings or car break–ins. We partner with the local law enforcement agencies and contact them immediately upon observing a threatening situation.

All Pro Security Services also offers an “Economy Patrol Drive by Program,” which does the following: 

• Performed by a supervisor.

• 3-drive bys per night 21 Per Week  One hour, each drive-by between 9PM – 5AM.

• Marked security vehicle with overhead yellow lights.

• Drive-bys done different times throughout the week.

• All drive-bys are customized to customer needs.

• All security patrol vehicles are equipped with 2-Way Radios & Cell Phones.

• This program diverts crime to other properties, for a fraction of of “full time” patrol costs.

Our officers turn in a legible, descriptive daily incident report, documenting each hour of activities. Our highly qualified officers always go out of their way to create a safe environment, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
